Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

Damages/Issues - you must notify us within 48hrs of delivery.

Should you have any issues with your products being damaged or faulty. Please contact us on candcsweets1@yahoo.com. We will require a brief description of the issue, alongside photos showing product damage upon arrival.

Refunds will not be issued if past the 48hr from delivery and refunds are not available on sale items. 

General refund/return

We have a 7 day return policy, this is 7 days from delivery. All items eligible for return must be in there sealed packaging unused and unopened along with proof of purchase (order number)

Should you require a refund/exchange for none damage products please contact candcsweets1@yahoo.com with the reason why you require a refund/exchange. The approval for refunds/exchanges are at our discretion. 

Returns for non damaged items are to be returned at buyers cost.

If your request is accepted we will notify you of the procedure for return. 

All returned items will be inspected before the exchanged product is sent out or before a refund is issued.

Please bare in mind it may take some time for banks to process refunds (they are not instant)
